Try these paths

Onboarding → breed, age, health, then the generated plan. Set 2+ reminders — that's the activation threshold.

Health scare → tap ⚠ in the tab bar. Pick Bleeding or Breathing trouble and it short-circuits straight to red.

Booking → the directory defaults to Soonest, not Nearest. Book a slot and the reminder is already set on the confirmation.

Daily log → the Log tab. Each save nudges the BHI score on the dashboard.
